How to delete cookies in Apple Safari

A cookie in computer parlance is a tiny part of the data that is sent by a website when you wish to visit the said website for browsing. These cookies are stored in the user’s computer itself. The cookies are useful in remembering information such as the  items added by you on the shopping cart or recording your browser history to provide faster access to websites that you frequently visit, Click hare
 
Apple Safari is one such browser that only stores cookies of the websites you visited. This plays a major role in preventing advertisers on the internet from storing their data on your Mac. However you have the added feature of periodically cleaning all the cookies from the Apple Safari preferences menu itself.
 
• Open the Apple Safari browser and click on preferences.
• Next click on the tab marked privacy.
• Underneath ‘privacy’ will be a heading namely ‘Cookies and Website data’. There will be three
 
options displayed  underneath:-
 
a.Always block: No cookies will be saved from any of the websites that you visit during your browsing session. This may cause some websites from functioning properly on your computer.
b.Allow from current website only: Cookies would be saved from the current website that you are visiting. Cookies from third parties content that are embedded in the websites shall not be saved.
c.Allow from websites I visit: Cookies would be saved from a website that you have visited in the past. The cookies saved from the previous browsing sessions would be used to determine whether you have visited a website previously. 
d.Always allow: All the cookies from any webpage, any third party advertisement or content provider shall be saved on the user’s computer i.e. your computer.  
 
• Underneath it is the option to remove all the cookies saved till date. Select it to remove all the cookies.
• Click ok to finish.
